Service Commitment

Prominent Limousine operates under structured service standards aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 practices and follows UAE and RTA transport regulations. These Terms explain how our chauffeur services are delivered and what customers can expect when booking with us.
By confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Prominent Limousine provides professional chauffeur driven transportation services across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. Services include airport transfers, point to point travel, hourly and full day bookings, corporate transportation, event services, family travel, and long distance journeys.
All services are provided using licensed chauffeurs and fully insured vehicles in accordance with UAE regulations.

2. Booking Rules and Advance Notice

Minimum Advance Booking Time for Standard Rides

Booking timelines depend on the pickup location:

  • Abu Dhabi pickups require a minimum of 30 minutes advance notice
  • Dubai pickups require a minimum of 1.5 hours advance notice
  • Other Emirates require a minimum of 3 hours advance notice

Same day bookings are accepted only if these timelines are met.

Special Vehicles and Event Bookings
  • Special vehicles and event bookings require a minimum of 12 hours advance booking.
  • This applies to buses, coaches, sprinters, stretch limousines, wedding services, and large group transport.

Prominent Limousine reserves the right to decline bookings that do not meet the required notice period.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, website, or approved communication channels.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment or agreed confirmation is received.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup location, time, destination, vehicle selection, passenger count, and flight details where applicable. 
  • Incomplete or unclear booking details may result in delays or cancellation.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are shared before booking confirmation and include chauffeur service and standard operational costs unless stated otherwise.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, extended hours, tolls, parking, or special requests. 
  • Payments must be completed using approved payment methods communicated during booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Window
  • Normal vehicles can be cancelled up to 3 hours before pickup
  • Special category vehicles including buses, coaches, sprinters, and stretch limousines can be cancelled up to 12 hours before pickup
Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellation made 2 to 3 days before service date will be charged 70% of the total amount
  • Cancellation made 1 day before service date will be charged 90% of the total amount
  • Same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the total amount

     

Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours are subject to percentage-based charges.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to full service charges.

6. No Show Policy

A booking is considered a no show if the customer does not arrive within 40 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice.

No Show Charges
  • Point to point services will be charged the full service amount
  • Full day bookings will be charged a one way service amount

7. Waiting Time Policy

Complimentary Waiting Time
  • Airport pickups include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time
  • Non airport pickups include 15 minutes complimentary waiting time
Waiting Charges

Waiting time beyond the complimentary period is charged per hour, as per the agreed rate.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not allowed for late cancellations.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 4 working days using the original payment method.
  • For online payments, a 3 to 6 percent payment gateway charge applies.
  • This additional gateway charge is non refundable.

9. Additional Charges and Vehicle Care

Cleaning and Damage
  • Excessive cleaning such as vomiting will be charged AED 120
  • Alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • Property damage will be charged based on actual damage assessment after inspection

Customers are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and use.

10. Special Bookings

Wedding and corporate event bookings follow separate cancellation and service terms due to planning and vehicle allocation requirements.
A non refundable deposit is not required unless specifically communicated during booking confirmation.

11. Service Reliability and Limitations

  • Prominent Limousine plans routes carefully and monitors services for timely delivery.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight delays, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
  • Service responsibility is limited to transportation delivery only.

12. Vehicles and Chauffeurs

  • All vehicles are maintained, insured, and inspected regularly.
  • If a booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational reasons, a similar vehicle of equal category may be provided.
  • All chauffeurs are licensed, trained, and compliant with UAE transport regulations.

13. Compliance and Governance

  • Prominent Limousine operates in compliance with UAE laws, RTA regulations, and ISO based service processes.
  • Any misuse of service, safety violation, or regulatory breach may result in immediate service termination without refund.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will fall under UAE jurisdiction after reasonable attempts at resolution.
