Clear Rules for Smooth and Fair Service
At Prominent Limousine, we believe good service starts with clear communication. This Booking and Cancellation Policy explains how reservations, changes, waiting time, and cancellations are handled so customers can plan with confidence. These policies apply to all chauffeur and limousine services provided across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

1. Booking Guidelines

All bookings with Prominent Limousine are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Bookings can be made through phone, WhatsApp, website inquiry, or approved communication channels. For standard travel, advance booking is recommended to ensure preferred vehicle availability. For special vehicles, events, airport transfers, or long distance travel, earlier booking is strongly advised. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment or agreed deposit is received and confirmation is shared by our team.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated clearly at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include approved digital payments, bank transfer, or other methods shared during confirmation. Prices include chauffeur service and standard operational costs unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges will be communicated in advance or during service if applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and operations.

Standard Cancellation Window

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for free cancellation.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup may incur a partial service charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be charged up to the full booking amount.

No Show Policy

If the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location and does not inform our team within the allowed waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no show and charged fully.

4. Booking Changes

Changes to pickup time, location, vehicle type, or destination are subject to availability. Requests for changes should be shared as early as possible. Last minute changes may result in additional charges or service adjustment.

Airport Pickups

Airport pickups include extended complimentary waiting time to account for flight delays and baggage collection. Waiting time begins after the chauffeur arrives at the designated pickup point.

Non Airport Pickups

Standard pickups include a limited complimentary waiting period.
Waiting beyond the included time may result in additional charges based on the agreed rate.

6. Additional Charges

7. Vehicle Damage and Cleanliness

Passengers are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness during travel. Any damage or excessive soiling caused to the vehicle may result in cleaning or repair charges.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider and bank processing times. Non refundable deposits if applicable will be clearly communicated at booking.

9. Service Delays and Force Events

Prominent Limousine plans routes carefully and monitors traffic and flight schedules. However delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, flight delays, or government restrictions are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

10. Special Events and Custom Packages

Bookings for weddings, corporate events, or special occasions may follow separate cancellation and deposit terms. These terms will be shared clearly before confirmation.

11. Policy Updates

Prominent Limousine may update this policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
